Where are the products manufactured?

All products are consciously made by a small local cosmetic lab and by the hands of the owners, Brice and Mélanie. Everything is crafted within the province of Quebec, Canada.

Are the products tested on animals?

No, we never test our products or ingredients on animals. 🐇

How should I store my products?

Store your products at room temperature (around 18°C) and keep them away from direct sunlight to maintain their freshness.

Do the products have an expiry date?

Most products will last around 6 months after opening, as they are natural. However, some products can last longer. Always check for changes in smell or texture to determine if the product is still good to use, avoiding unnecessary waste.

Allergies

What if I have an allergic reaction to a product?

Skin reactions can occur for several reasons, including:

  • Sensitivity to allergens in essential oils: Some people may react to natural compounds like linalool, limonene, geraniol, or citronellol, which are naturally present in essential oils.
  • Adjustment to natural active ingredients: Natural products can stimulate skin circulation, leading to temporary redness, warmth, or tingling sensations. This reaction usually subsides as your skin adjusts.
  • Individual factors: Hormonal changes, environmental conditions, or pre-existing skin conditions can also influence how your skin reacts.

What should I do if I experience a reaction?

Stop using the product immediately to prevent further irritation. Gently rinse the affected area with cool water to soothe the skin. Apply a fragrance-free moisturizer to calm the irritation, if needed. If the reaction is severe or persists, consult a healthcare professional to identify the cause and receive appropriate treatment.

Product use

Can I use your products on children?

Most of our products are suitable for sensitive skin, including that of children. However, essential oils, even in small amounts, may cause reactions in rare cases. For infants and young children, we recommend using unscented products.

Are Apprenti products safe to use during pregnancy?

Yes, our products are safe for pregnancy. Essential oils are used in very small amounts (less than 1%) and should not pose a risk.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship our products internationally! Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination. International shipments may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties upon arrival in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

How long does shipping take?

Canada: 3–7 business days.
United States: 5–10 business days.
International: Delivery times vary by country but usually range from 7–21 business days.

Tracking information is provided with all orders to help you follow your package’s journey.

Returns & exchanges

What is your return policy?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on body care, skincare, or cosmetic products. These items are final sale.

However, home products such as candles, diffusers, and room sprays can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

What if my product arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will promptly send a replacement or offer a refund, depending on your preference.

Do you offer wholesale or custom products for businesses?

Yes, we do! We create custom products for hotels, brands, and events, tailoring our offerings to meet your specific needs.
